Süleyman Erarslan is a seasoned construction professional with over 43 years of international experience in engineering, project management, and large-scale infrastructure development. Throughout his career, he has successfully led projects across Libya, Iraq, Algeria, and Oman, building a strong reputation for excellence in construction management and consultancy.

As CEO of PM&EN Construction Management Office Ltd., Mr. Erarslan leads diverse teams in delivering comprehensive services ranging from project planning and contract management to stakeholder coordination and quality assurance. Under his direction, the company places strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every undertaking is executed in line with global best practices and achieves lasting value.

Mr. Erarslan’s portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Zleytin Wastewater Treatment Plant in Libya (30,000 m³/day, ongoing), the Al Wahaa Residences in Tripoli, the Boufarik Power Plant in Algeria (704 MW), and the iconic Blue City Development in Oman. Earlier in his career, he held senior management positions at ENKA as Project Manager and Project Coordinator ,and also served as Projects Director and Deputy General Manager at SWGCC Construction Company in Libya, where he contributed to some of the region’s most significant residential and commercial developments.
