Al Waha Residential Complex is one of the milestone projects in Libya, located 20 km from Tripoli Airport and 5 km from Tripoli downtown. Designed as a landmark and unique product for the city’s main entrance, the project aims to provide modern services to business visitors and tourists.
The project consists of 2 phases:

• Phase 1: Residential Area and Infrastructural Works (our scope of work).
• Phase 2: Shopping Mall Area.

Concept Design was made by ECH, addressing sustainable development, energy efficiency, environmental considerations, and modern urban standards.
The complex comprises 321 residential units, split across 11 buildings within 4 blocks, varying from 9 to 16 stories, including open and closed car parking areas and landscaped surroundings.
