  • One 4-star hotel.
  • 202 villas and 4,991 apartments (for tourists and permanent residents).
  • Two PGA world-class golf courses (18-hole & 9-hole) with clubhouses.
  • Tourist and heritage villages.
  • An amphitheatre podium with gallery & retail units.
  • Shopping complex, entertainment venues, and public amenities (primary school, nursery, kindergarten, healthcare centre, police station, firehouse, post office, mosque).
  • Full modern city infrastructure and landscaping with boulevards, promenades, public squares, green areas, and parking.
